Agile Process

Agile is our key to success.

At J-eTech we adopt agile and scrum project management concepts to respond to changing requirements effectively and efficiently

Here, the timeline is divided into two weeks

At the beginning of the sprint we collectively agree for the tasks that should be performed and completed at the end of the sprint which is the main purpose of Sprint Planning meeting.

During the sprint we perform the tasks agreed and each day the progress is captured in the daily standup meeting.

Progress will be visually displayed through the aids such as burn down charts.

QA continuously test for the ongoing developments in order to make sure perfect continuous integration.

If the tasks completed are compatible with the working agreement, then, it will be merged to the main stream and make the alpha release. Finally the product will be incremented. At the end of the sprint.

The tasks completed will be reviewed during the sprint review meeting.
During the show and tell meeting, task completed will be presented to the whole team.
During the retrospective meeting we collectively discuss our improvements, weaknesses.

Most importantly, we discuss how to maintain the success and remove obstacles and overcome weaknesses.
